1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website blizbond.com, or by engaging Bliz Bond for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access our services.

2. Services
Bliz Bond provides digital marketing, e-commerce development, branding, video production, and social media management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Proposal and/or Service Agreement provided to and signed by the client before work commences.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any organisation or individual at our sole discretion.

3. Payments
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are:

Project-based work: 50% advance payment before work begins; 50% on delivery or at agreed milestone.
Monthly retainers: Invoiced in advance at the start of each calendar month.
Late payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause work on late-paying accounts.
All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal (PKR or USD). Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, Bliz Bond assigns to the client all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for that client (logos, website designs, video content, etc.), except as noted below.

Bliz Bond retains ownership of:

All pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used in delivering the work
All work product created before final payment is received
The right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials (unless the client requests otherwise in writing)
Third-party stock assets (photography, fonts, illustrations) used in deliverables are subject to their respective licences. We will advise clients of any licensing restrictions at project delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and feedback as requested
Obtain all necessary permissions for content, trademarks, and materials provided to us
Ensure one designated point of contact is available for timely approvals
Pay invoices on time as per agreed payment terms
Project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals on time may affect the project timeline and may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellation & Termination
Project-based work: If a client cancels a project after work has begun, they are liable for payment for all work completed to the point of cancellation, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on their behalf. Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Monthly retainers: Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. The client is liable for the full month’s fee during the notice period.

Bliz Bond reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, requests illegal or unethical services, or repeatedly fails to meet payment obligations.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and unreleased product information. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., platform access to a specialist subcontractor) or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Bliz Bond’s total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or relating to services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee specific business results from any marketing, advertising, or e-commerce service. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, product quality, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution process.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
