What exactly does Bliz Bond do?
Bliz Bond is a creative and commerce agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We help businesses grow through five integrated services: Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Development (Shopify/WooCommerce), Branding, Video Production, and Social Media Management. Unlike agencies that specialise in only one area, we connect all five so your growth strategy is coherent and compounding.
Where are you based and who do you work with?
We are physically based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we work with clients both domestically across Pakistan and internationally — primarily in the UK, UAE, and North America. We handle billing in PKR for Pakistani clients and USD/GBP/AED for international clients.
Do I need to hire you for all five services?
Not at all. Many clients start with one service — usually a Shopify store build or a branding project — and expand to others as results build confidence. We always recommend the right combination for your situation.
What happens after I book a strategy call?
We'll have a 30-minute call to understand your business, goals, and biggest growth bottleneck. Within 24 hours we send a detailed proposal covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Kickoff typically happens within one week of signing.
How long does a typical project take?
Branding: 3–6 weeks. Shopify store: 4–8 weeks. Video production: 1–4 weeks. Social media and ads management are ongoing monthly retainers. Every project includes a clear timeline in the proposal.
Who is my point of contact?
You'll have direct access to the team lead responsible for your service area — not a junior account manager. For multi-service clients, you'll have a dedicated project lead who coordinates across divisions.
How quickly will I see results?
Paid advertising can show positive ROAS within 4–8 weeks. E-commerce conversion improvements are often visible within the first month post-launch. Brand and social media work are longer-term — expect meaningful momentum at 3–6 months.
Can you guarantee results?
We can't guarantee specific revenue numbers because results depend on your product, market, and price point. What we guarantee is strategic rigour, transparent reporting, and a team that treats your investment seriously.
How do you report on performance?
Every engagement includes monthly performance reports. For ads: ROAS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate. For e-commerce: conversion rate, AOV, revenue. For social: reach, engagement, follower growth. Plain-English summaries — no jargon.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pakistani clients: Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa. International clients: Bank wire, PayPal, Wise. We do not accept cash for project engagements.
What are your payment terms?
Project-based: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers: invoiced monthly in advance. Larger projects may use milestone-based instalments.
How do I cancel a retainer?
30 days written notice. We don't lock clients into long contracts on starter engagements. Our goal is to keep clients because of results — not contracts.
